Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Each order will be shipped only to one single destination address specified during the time of order.
  • Two delivery slots:
    • Orders before 11 AM will be delivered on the same day.
    • Orders after 11 AM will be delivered the next day within 24 working hrs.
    • Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances like huge volume of deliveries, traffic conditions, and unforeseen events, our delivery may take few hours extra but will be informed before-hand to the customers.
  • Free delivery is applicable for all orders of value of Rs 699/- and above.
  • Our Services are limited to 10-12 km within city limits
  • Free Delivery is not applicable for products ordered under Supplyco-Horticorp-Matsyafed-Kepco Categories. Mandatory weight slab based delivery fee will get applied such products as given below

  • BigCartKerala will never leave deliveries unattended if in any case BigCartKerala or its employees agrees to leave the deliveries unattended at special conditions, BigCartKerala is not responsible for theft or any damage to unattended deliveries.
  • Clear address, landmark, phone number should be provided by the customer.
  • All the deliveries will be made by our own delivery network or through our allied agencies.
